The photograph above is one I took while in the Philippines. A month long trip that changed my whole life. I'll probably write about it from time to time.
I started this little thing over a year ago. Until today I didn't think I had anything to contribute to the inter-webs.
Most likely I still don't.

It describes this "third wave" coffee generation perfectly. It's dumbfounding to watch how this has evolved over the past six years, now spiraling out of control. I just hope by the end, when the dust settles, the truly passionate are still standing.
